Call Me Maybe

Yesterday, I didn’t have time to post so I’ll do it now. We had a text in Math, but instead of taking it, the teacher gave me the Math book for the grade below me so I could look through it. I actually learned some from it. In English class, we listened to a speech given by Obama and my teacher was saying something. I quoted him in his accent and my friend told him I was coping him. He looked at me and said “are you making fun of my accent?” I said no, laughing a little. He then said, “I’m not offended.”

So I got two boxes yesterday. One with my LV shoes and one with some goodies from my parents. Including an iPhone case, Louboutin stickers, a ying-yang ring, and a chocolate-chip cookie shaped coin purse. Thank you!!!

Time to write tonight’s blog!

Tuesday and Wednesday

Tuesday morning, I started off with free time because I don’t take Spanish. I learned more words and phrases and I think my French is getting better! So my SES teacher was writing on the over head and then turned to write on the white board. She used the same pen that she used for the over head, which was an over head pen, not a white board pen. After she started writing on the board, she stopped and said, “merde!” I thought it was funny because after she covered her mouth and pretended like nothing happened.

Whenever I see Pierce, the Australian, he always gives me a head nod or something like that. On Tuesday came over to be and held out a fist. POUND IT!!!

So in Math, my teacher always gives me magazines and/or books to read so I can learn more French words. This one happened to have something about Hawaii. I couldn’t understand everything, but I saw the Hawaii part and felt happy.

After Math, I had a meeting with my principal teacher. We talked about my classes and my family situation. After that, I ate lunch with my friend Morgane.

Yesterday, I totally forgot to finish writing so here it is.

Yesterday was an interesting day. I did work in Géo and English and took a test in Science. For the test, I was allowed to use the book, my dictionary, and my notes s that helped a lot! I only got to finish one page (of two) but that’s ok. At least I did one.

Yesterday afternoon, after school, I was home alone for a few hours. I danced around, did a little art project, and talked to my parents! After dinner, I talked to Jake about how everything is. We are going to talk again soon so I can let him know the rest.

Now, it’s breakfast time so I have to go.

À bientôt!

The Honest Truth (don’t be mad)

Apres l’école, there was a meeting pour les exchange étudiants. It was to let the host parents know how everything is. My host parents found out that j’étais offered prendre Français online. It takes temps to learn a language. Je will get it!

Je parle avec my principal professeur aujourd’hui. Nous avons parlé about mes classes et ma famille ici. Je dit all is bien.

Je vais try, je can do this!!

À bientôt!!

LOL kitty

English because it’s late and I have to go to bed.

Today, school was good. I had English, French, P.E., and SES (science). I wore my new heels and all was perfect until P.E. when my feet started to hurt. I walked to the gym in my heels, changed into my tennis shoes, then back into my heels after P.E. They were good for sitting in classes and walking around for a little. Otherwise they are very painful, well for the first day anyway. I am going to wear them tomorrow and maybe for the rest of the week so I can get use to them.

I still have my eyes on the same guys. Now, I have many new FB friends, even though I don’t talk to them at school. I’M POPULAR!!

So as I am typing this, Calinou is watching my fingers move and is trying to pounce on the keys. I think he likes the light and the movement of the little mouse on the screen. LOL

Anyway, it’s bed time! À demain!!

So fun!

It was très amusant!!!

Je suis going to pick out what je suis going to wear demain! À tout à l’heure!

A little late…

So yesterday afternoon, my host father drove me to Viva’s house for a sleepover. I met her host family and they are really nice!! After lunch (which was really good!) Viva and I were driven to the metro station then took the metro to the mall…again. We walked around for a few hours and after being dragged into book stores and “Undiz” (underwear store), we went back to the shoe store and I got my dream shoes!!! My Oxford heels that I have always wanted. I am so excited to wear them to school tomorrow!

When we got back to the house, we had dinner, talked for a while, then Viva, her host sister, Justine, and I watched Ratatouille. (In English with French subtitles) Viva and I also ate the bag of candy we bought at the mall. She thought it would be enough for 4 days, I told her it would be gone in 20 min. Who was right?

Today, we are having croissants for breakfast and then…surprise!!!

More later!

Extra

So today during English class, my teacher was trying to take his sweatshirt off and his shirt came up a little too. He’s got some abs going on…lol

TGIF!!

Thank Goodness It’s Friday!!! Or should je dire, Dieu Merci, C’est Vendredi!!!

First I am going to start off with somethings that happened earlier this week. The stuff from today will be in French. So on Monday, in English class, each of the students got up in front of the class and said somethings about someone else. The people listening had to guess who the person was talking about. Everyone was getting 7-9 and then I went. The teacher was saying the grades outloud and when he got to mine, he looked up and said, in his cute British accent, “Tara, dix.” Oh yeah, 10/10!!

Yesterday, Viva didn’t have class the first hour so she went to the bakery across the street and brought back croissants. So along with out lunches, we also had really good croissants! Who else can do that??

Nous were told we had to work or read while nous were in there. Nous were going to pass notes, mais that didn’t work out. The head lady told Viva elle had to écrire à une table. Viva went to une table et je stayed at the autre chaises. We “worked” until the bell rang, then we left the CDI.

About le garçons. (I’m using nicknames) Semore est TRÉS mignon. Je figured the best place to crack mon dos est sur le bus. Not only parce que it is easy et more comfortable, mais je peux regarder at him.

YAY!!!

Dîner time, à tout à l’heure!!

English…

This one is in English because it’s late and I’m watching a movie.

So today was a good day. My classes were good and I learned more French words and phrases.

Back at the house, Marine wrote some verbs in my notebook and conjugated them for me. Thanks Marine!!!

Tomorrow is Friday and I am so happy!! Then on Saturday I am going to Viva’s house for a sleepover!! I’m so excited!!

Anyway, I am watching Ratatouille so I’m going to sign off. Bonne Nuit!

I’ll give you something to look at…

Premier-Geographie

Deuxième-free time (j’ai étudié français)

Troisième-Science

Quatrième-Anglais

Je suppose that will aide moi…oh well.

Donc, my host mother is trying to learn Anglais, mais elle est learning cuss words. Je ne pense pas that is the best idée. Elle asked moi what “fais chier” was en Anglais, je looked up up and didn’t want to tell her. Elle then asked Marine what it was and Marine told her it is the F word…je find it drôle when people ici say they can’t speak Anglais, mais they can swear…en Anglais.

Quand j’étais marche au bus, this one guy looked at moi then said something to the guy il was walking avec, then the other guy looked at moi…c’est quoi?

Oh well, j’aime l’attention! 🙂

D’accord, je suis going to sign off!

MORE LATER!!!!! 😀
